Your Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable tasks – issuing various types of invoices for company internal transactions; managing open items
  • Accounts Payable tasks – processing internal invoices with accurate coding
  • Monthly reconciliation of internal transactions – ensuring proper balance confirmations and resolving discrepancies
  • Preparing and recording journal entries, accruals, corrections, and adjustments
  • Maintaining accurate master data for internal suppliers and customers
  • Adhering to established controls, policies, and procedures
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and supporting implementation
  • Establishing positive relationships with team members and stakeholders

Our Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Hands-on experience with intercompany transactions
  • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable and Payable processes and policies
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities
  • Proactive attitude with integrity
  • Attention to detail
