Zakres obowiązków:

  • Dbałość o sprawność techniczną floty
  • Wsparcie użytkowników pojazdów służbowych w zakresie napraw oraz obsługi wszelkich spraw technicznych
  • Współpraca z serwisami i dostawcami usług utrzymania floty
  • Rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z realizowanymi zleceniami (awarie)
  • Prowadzenie ewidencji pojazdów służbowych oraz kart paliwowych
  • Kontrola ważności ubezpieczeń, przeglądów oraz badań technicznych pojazdów
  • Weryfikacja dokumentów księgowych
  • Wydawanie i odbiór samochodów od Użytkowników
  • Przygotowywanie raportów nadzorowanej floty
  • Obsługa systemów informatycznych

Oczekiwania:

  • Wykształcenie średnie techniczne
  • Czynne prawo jazdy kat. B
  • Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (szczególnie Excel)
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z administrowaniem flotą samochodową oraz eksploatacją pojazdów
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w serwisach samochodowych
  • Wysoka kultura osobista, komunikatywność
  • Łatwość w nawiązywaniu relacji, umiejętność pracy zespołowej
  • Zaangażowanie w powierzone obowiązki
  • Odporność na stres
  • Umiejętność ustalania priorytetów
