This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various as-pects of HR management. As a Junior HR Specialist, you will be responsible for handling civil law contracts, employee onboarding, maintaining personnel files, conducting occupational health examinations and other tasks related to employee life cycle. By taking on this role, you will have the chance to develop a comprehensive understanding of HR operations within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your responsibilities
  • Managing civil law contracts and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Contacting job candidates, gathering required information and documentation for timely onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential personnel records
  • Ensuring timely completion of occupational health examinations for employees, preparing referrals for medical tests, and contacting with employees and managers on this matter
  • Other ad-hoc tasks related to employee life cycle support
Your background
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulations is a plus
