This position reports toHRTP HR Orgnstnal Design & Alignmnt Lead
Your role and responsibilitiesWorks in a fully global environment and helps coordination of about 200 production sites across 40 countries: prepares materials for workshops and assists in project reviews, updates project adjustments approved by the Stream Lead
Monitors the progress of assigned project activities and drives them independently, ensures punctual fulfillment, or raises potential risks and proposes mitigations in a timely manner to the Stream Lead
Coordinates with related project members for planning and control requirements effectively
Prepares content (various presentations and summaries) to convey information to project stakeholders (mostly internal) effectivel
Organizes various platforms and channels to engage with different stakeholders
Co-develops and implements an approach and concept for further qualitative data gathering
Controls documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned by Project Manager or Project Documentation Specialist
- First experience in project management and coordination, working as project support in a complex setup, ideally within HR
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and experienced in task and time management
- Strong communication and English skills, written and spoken
- Being proactive and able to work independently
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- A sense for quality and continuous improvement
- A technical understanding / knowledge of HR Information Systems is a plus. Especially if experienced with Workday
