How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
For our HR team we are looking for HR Specialist.HR Specialist reports to the local HR Director and cooperates with the Center of Excellence Learning & Development Europe and with other training specialists located in other E&C centers in Europe.
This role is located in Kraków/ Poland.
- Being the first point of contact for Learning & Development topics and managing employees' training needs on a daily basis,
- Preparation of a Training Plan for employees in cooperation with managers,
- Organization of external and internal training including group trainings (end to end process),
- Managing training in the Learning Management System and providing admin support to employees in use of the system,
- Managing qualification for specific jobs and keeping records of diplomas/ certificates,
- Preparing presentations and training related reports,
- Participating in implementation of the Workday module for L&D management,
- Occasionally leading or supporting HR projects.
Are you a MATCH?
- Minimum bachelor's degree (preferably in People management, psychology, social science),
- Previous experience in the HR area will be a strong asset,
- Fluency in written and spoken English,
- High communication and organizational skills,
- Willingness to work in a multicultural team,
- Good knowledge of Excel,
- Good organization of work priorities and a high attention to detail.
