Naszym klientem jest nowo otwierające się centrum usług wspólnych SSC.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW· tylko mailowe (brak telefonów) odpowiadanie na zapytania pracowników firmy dotyczących informacji o wynagrodzeniach, urlopach - bez naliczania płac (jest od tego zewnętrzna firma)· wsparcie managerów w zakresie HR i kwestii administracyjnych związanych z urlopami, dniami wolnymi, awansami pracowników, kartami pracy, dokumentacjami czasu pracy·wprowadzanie danych dotyczących nadgodzin, świadczeń, premii· w razie potrzeby przetwarzanie danych w dot. dokumentacji urlopowej· asystowanie przy audytach związanych z płacami lub systemami płacowymi· praca w systemie ticketowymPOSZUKIWANE KOMPETENCJE· doświadczenie min 2 lata na stanowisku związanym z administracją HR· bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego oraz angielskiego (poziom B2/C1)· dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne· dbałość o szczegóły, umiejętność zarządzania swoim czasem· bardzo mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy z systemem Service Now / tranzycjach procesówOFERUJEMY· otwartość na oczekiwania finansowe kandydata· umowę o pracę, praca w systemie 3 dni z domu 2 dni z biura· premie roczne· regularne coroczne podwyżki· bonusy świąteczne· dodatki finansowe do wakacji· elastyczne godziny rozpoczęcia pracy, standardowe 8h poniedziałek-piątek, bez pracy zmianowej· bogaty pakiet benefitów : karta multisport, ubezpieczenie medyczne· możliwość realnego rozwoju w firmie o przychodach powyżej 2 mld PLN
