Based in Warsaw, Elekta's Global Business Service Center is a dedicated team that recommends global best practices and ensures the consistent delivery of improvement initiatives worldwide through standardized processes and competent personnel. Since 2016, with our in-depth analysis of root causes for any encountered issues, we support areas like Finance, QA&RA document control, Logistics, IT, and Service Operation.

What You'll Be Doing at Elekta

As a Services Commercial Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring maintenance of Elekta Care service contracts globally to support Business Lines
  • Aiding in creating or revising Elekta Care service agreements in alignment with the global service sales process
  • Driving CLM requests and feedback on service agreements and opportunities
  • Developing training content and conducting internal communication on the service sales process
  • Acting as the primary contact for super-users of the service sales process
  • Participating in projects to enhance service sales, quoting, and contract management

Prerequisites for the Role

We seek a candidate with the following skills, essential for close collaboration with all Business Lines and Regions:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multifaceted, international environment
  • Decisive and results-driven attitude

Your Qualifications

  • Proficient in CRM technology management and Business Intelligence tools
  • Skilled in resolving escalated issues from commercial service operations
  • Problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in IT systems and quick adaptation to new technologies
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • High attention to detail and consistency
