  • Assist Transaction Managers or Portfolio Strategy Managers
  • Independently coordinate delivery of real estate transactions for corporate clients across the EMEA region.
  • Liaise with local brokers to collect real estate market information
  • Conduct kick-off calls, produce and review minutes of the meetings, follow-up regularly on agreed steps and update TM
  • Keep track of expected billing, follow-up on invoice processing and payment, provide regular reporting to TM
  • Take responsibility for the preparation and updating of reports, presentations, analyses, and online systems
  • Work directly with clients and team members to resolve analyses, transaction and landlord issues
  • Organise and attend regular conference calls
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy on all analysis and reports
  • Customer relationship management - ad hoc queries as well as standard reports and analyses
  • Work on multiple assignments in an international environment
  • Assure timely delivery of work-product
  • Assure quality and service levels are adhered to
  • Work compliant to pre-defined processes and standards
  • Maintain and develop databases, client systems and internal systems
  • Support in development and application of standard processes and templates
  • Support ad-hoc requests from clients and internal business
  • Support business and service line initiatives
  • Suggest improvements for best practice and internal guidelines
  • Strive for excellent service delivery and development of hard and soft-skills
  • Develop into a transaction specialist
  • All additional duties commensurate to the level of the role

Sound like you? To apply you need to be:

  • Bachelor's/M.A. degree (preferably in Real Estate, Business Administration or Finance)
  • Good real estate and lease terminology; willingness to become an expert
  • 3+ years of work experience, preferably on the real estate market
  • Advanced knowledge of MSOffice
  • Fluent French, very good English, additional major European language will be an asset
  • People person, with demonstrated conceptual and visualization skills
  • Creative and pragmatic mind-set
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Business acumen
  • Team player with hands-on approach
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about challenges, quality of work and reputation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to run commercial negotiations
