What this job involves
- Standard and ad – hoc real estate reports and analysis preparation. Outputs visualizations for both JLL teams and external Clients.
- Process large amounts of data, analyze and draw conclusions. Take ownership of the output quality.
- Diligent data and process analysis. Reports, tools, and process improvement submission.
- Coordinate (project) teams' daily responsibilities. Account governance facilitation, including cadence of meetings, process documentation, client calls attendance.
- Acting as a point of contact for the Corporate Client's Real Estate team and internal stakeholders. Communication with respective regions and service lines, client teams.
Desired skills and experience for this job
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferable in Finance / Economics / Management / Real Estate.
- 1+ years of relevant business environment experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel - advanced formulas and PivotTable, Power Point).
- Fluent spoken and written Business English (enabling conference calls active attendance). Spanish will be an advantage.
- Ability to see through data and translate it into understandable outputs (e-mails, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets).
- Curious, open – minded and willing to develop and challenge status quo.
