Location: Warsaw (our office is located in the Warsaw Spire building)
Operating model: Hybrid work (combining remote and on site work in our office in WARSAW)
Type of contract: contract of employment

Responsibilities:

Reporting

  • Building and preparation of SQL Server Reporting Services based financial reports (both regular ones and on demand), enhancement of the existing ones
  • Account's Savings Performance Report – coordination data collection, provided information logical check, clarifying queries and discrepancies with business lines providing input, preparation and distribution of the report
  • Work on continuous reporting automation, including but not limited to usage of Excel based solutions and VBA
  • Support with reports evaluating performance delivery – working on data analysis and data visualisation for smoother reporting process and Client's presentation
  • Support with additional projects requiring data collection, data analysis and data visualisation based on the Client's and Account requirements

Additional support in cooperation with Account Operations Specialist and Global Operations Director:

  • Identify areas for continuous improvements and propose solutions to rectify
  • Support reporting to demonstrate level of compliance with all necessary Client requirements and identify systemic issues with a focus on proactive avoidance of future problems
  • Maintain 100% compliance with account processes and governance
  • Consistently maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure work processes in accordance with agreed, documented practices

Act as a back-up for other Operations team members during their absence as well as during workload peaks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Excel Skills (including VBA)
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL
  • Analytical skills, ability to analyse data, create a report based on various data sources
  • Attention to detail, diligence and problem solving approach
  • Creative thinking and ability to work under time pressure
  • Fluent written and spoken English – Polish & other language a plus
  • Very good communication on phone/email/in person, ability to work in a regionally diverse team
  • Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
  • Independent performer
  • Previous experience with process driven activities and corporate environment
  • Real Estate and/or financial knowledge is a plus
