Responsibilities

  • Actively searches for potential customers through various channels, including lead generation activities, industry research, networking, and referrals. Identifies and qualify leads by evaluating their suitability and potential as customers.
  • Engages with leads, builds relationships, and nurtures them through targeted communication and interactions. Educates prospects about the solutions and services features, benefits, and value proposition, addressing their specific pain points and requirements.
  • Conducts product demonstrations to showcase the solutions and services capabilities and functionalities. Tailors the demonstrations to address the needs and interests of the prospects, highlighting how the solutions and services can solve their specific problems.
  • Works closely with the marketing team to ensure clear communication and shared goals. You'll use marketing insights to understand customer needs, execute collaborative campaigns, and leverage marketing resources for sales enablement. Your role includes participating in market research and encouraging cross-training between teams to drive growth and long-term success through effective collaboration.
  • Works closely with the sales team, providing them with the necessary information, insights, and support to effectively close deals. Transfers knowledge about the prospects' needs and preferences, enabling the sales team to deliver tailored solutions and proposals.

Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: The capacity to understand the company's products, solutions and services. This includes the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Product Knowledge: To acquire a thorough knowledge of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and solutions to potential customers.
  • Presentation Skills: The ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of the company's products or services.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaboration with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using technical tools and software relevant to the role, such as CRM systems, automation tools, presentation software, and product demonstration tools.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.
  • Certifications: Having relevant certifications, such as technical certifications or sales certifications, can be advantageous.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English.
