Junior Store Manager (k/m) Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Twój zakres obowiązków wspólnie ze Store Managerem zarządzasz sklepem stacjonarnym: personelem, gospodarką materiałową, VM oraz sprzedażą
zapoznasz się dokładnie z procesami i obszarami naszego przedsiębiorstwa
przejmiesz odpowiedzialność za powierzone projekty
zastąpisz Managerów podczas ich nieobecności (urlopy)
analizujesz wyniki, obserwujesz rynek, trendy i dzielisz się swoimi spostrzeżeniami i doświadczeniem z Działem Zakupów oraz współpracownikami
reprezentujesz firmę i wprowadzasz działania mające na celu umocnienie marki i wyróżnienie się na tle konkurencji
Nasze wymagania masz już kilkuletnie doświadczenie na stanowisku kierowniczym, najchętniej w branży modowej
Twoje doświadczenie w handlu detalicznym umiesz połączyć z naszym know-how
myślisz strategicznie i analitycznie
jesteś dynamiczny/a i pewny/a siebie w tym, co robisz
do komunikacji z centralą i kolegami z zagranicznych filii używasz biegle języka niemieckiego lub angielskiego
interesujesz się modą, a najnowsze trendy nie są Ci obce
jesteś gotowy/a do zmiany miejsca zamieszkania (relokacja)
Mile widziane ukończone studia w zakresie zarządzania
