Job Description

As an Accountant (m/f/x), you will be responsible for handling crucial financial tasks essential to our accounting function in Poland. Your role involves ensuring data accuracy, analyzing financial data for valuable insights, meticulously processing payroll, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our finance processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in preparing and submitting the Company's tax and VAT obligations to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Accurately processing payroll and maintaining detailed records.
  • Supporting audit processes and annual financial statement preparation in line with IFRS standards.
  • Recording and classifying financial transactions based on accounting principles.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
  • Conducting monthly cost and revenue analysis to provide valuable insights to management.
  • Contributing to the establishment and enhancement of finance processes across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Certification: Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent certified. Holding a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification is advantageous.
  • Experience: Preferably previous experience in online gaming or fast-moving industries with a minimum of 3 years in a similar accounting role.
  • Payroll: Proficiency in payroll systems is a must.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Language: Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
