About the Project:

Get ready to take your design career to the next level We are a Polish software company working with clients worldwide, especially in the USA, and now branching out to the Arab market. We are on the lookout for an exceptional Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team: Build, manage, and support team members, set tasks and goals, and participate in recruitment processes.
  • Design: Create interfaces for web and mobile apps, conduct UX audits, and generate reports.
  • Cooperate: Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers.
  • Make a Change: Impact the organization by planning development activities, enhancing processes, and advising on product design best practices.

Requirements Expected:
  • Experience: 5+ years designing interactive experiences.
  • Design Expertise: Create interfaces for web and mobile apps.
  • Leadership: Manage, coordinate, and inspire a product design team.

Showcase your talents through a compelling portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve multi-platform UX challenges and provide user-friendly design solutions.

Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Skilled at tackling complex problems.

Communication:
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2) and collaborative mindset. Proficiency in Polish is mandatory.

Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in Figma or Sketch.

Data-Driven Design:
  • Experience in data analysis to drive design decisions.
