Are you enthusiastic about gaming and data analysis? Lionbridge Games, a prominent player in the gaming realm, is expanding its Data and Analytics division. With a history of being the driving force behind numerous successful games for more than a decade, collaborating with developers to provide top-notch audio, localization, and Quality Assurance services.

We are on the lookout for a specialist in advanced analytics and machine learning methods with a keen interest in video game telemetry. This position involves collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to generate fresh insights that aid in the creation of test plans and confidence in stability.

This is a fully onsite role based in our office in Warsaw, Poland.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with key customer stakeholders to design, create, and deliver reports that evaluate test coverage of in-game maps, narrative flow/frequency, and overall game performance.
  • Produce and upkeep comprehensive data reports and dashboards, utilizing data visualization tools to present information in a concise and illuminative way that facilitates strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze and interpret intricate data sets to extract meaningful insights on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
  • Identify data origins, construct advanced code to extract and process raw data from upstream sources using Python, SQL, and other essential tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps, user stories, and solutions that deliver tangible business worth.
  • Explore and implement AI and Machine Learning to enhance daily operations.
  • Clarify complex solutions to an audience with various levels of knowledge to drive acceptance.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • A degree in computer science.
  • 3-5 years as a data analyst with a focus on big data, contributing to the progression of intricate and consequential projects.
  • Proficiency in visualizing data to construct recurring reports and actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with software development practices and the utilization of hooks to capture real-time data.
  • Proficiency in SQL, encompassing query formation and operation within a cloud setting.
  • Robust Python skills, with practical experience in data processing, analytics libraries, and frameworks. Additional credit for familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or a comparable library.
  • Proficiency in English both in speech and writing.
  • Operational knowledge of AI and machine learning principles and their application in a large-scale data environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities--you are continually seeking ways to enhance processes.
  • Curiosity and empathy are highly valued. Strong interpersonal abilities and a talent for team collaboration are keystones of success.
  • Comfortable functioning autonomously.
  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Azure, Redshift, and Dundas BI is a bonus.
