Following the recent launch of the Dynatrace AppEngine and Dynatrace Apps, we have unveiled a wide array of opportunities for maximizing the potential of our customer's data by crafting tailored, compliant, and smart data-centered apps. Our objective is to ensure a seamless app development experience for Dynatrace Apps users, and this is just the beginning of our journey.

Your team
You will be part of a diverse team of global developer relations experts rooted in the Dynatrace Platform. Together, we actively advocate, onboard, coordinate, and empower developers to grasp, adopt, and contribute to the Dynatrace Platform.

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Developer Advocate to join our ranks. Our team ethos revolves around leveraging each other's strengths while complementing one another with diverse and intersecting skill sets. While possessing most of the skills listed below would be advantageous, we understand that not every candidate will tick all the boxes.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist developers in kickstarting their journey using and developing on our Dynatrace Platform, with a focus on Dynatrace Apps.
  • Aggregate and convey developer feedback, championing for the developer community.
  • Deliver presentations at virtual and physical gatherings to enhance awareness and foster adoption.
  • Generate a diverse range of content, spanning from blog articles and guides to videos, educational material, and documentation.
  • Enhance the developer onboarding process by organizing and conducting workshops.
  • Develop demo code and snippets to facilitate the learning process for developers.
  • Support our expanding developer community, ensuring prompt assistance and resolutions for our end-users.

Qualifications

  • Approachable and compassionate demeanor.
  • Public speaking abilities, or a strong eagerness to improve presentation skills.
  • Experience within the developer community, whether in physical or online settings.
  • Proficiency in producing and editing technical videos.
  • Writing prowess, especially in technical contexts.
  • Background in crafting blog posts, guides, and similar instructional content.
  • Experience as a front-end developer (preferably React and TypeScript), and it's a plus if you have familiarity with Java or .NET.
  • Over 3 years of prior experience in developer relations.
  • Familiarity with Dynatrace products is advantageous.

Compensation

  • We offer competitive compensation packages and stock options with numerous perks and benefits.
  • Salary range: 15k - 24k PLN gross per month. We solely recruit through employment contracts.
