Job Title: Localization Associate at EcoVadis

In our continuous expansion to meet global business demands, we are looking for a Localization Associate to join our Solutions team. This role involves assisting the Localization Manager in overseeing translation projects to guarantee the top-notch quality of our product in all supported languages.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing translation/proofreading requests for necessary information,
  • Evaluating the quality of source EN content and supporting materials,
  • Preparing translation/review projects using CAT tools,
  • Assessing completed translations for adherence to the Term Base and other issues,
  • Serving as a primary contact for translators and reviewers for queries/technical problems,
  • Keeping localization project status files and folders up-to-date,
  • Providing project status updates to requesters.
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification in linguistics or philology,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous (Chinese, Japanese, or Thai),
  • Experience with CAT tools,
  • Background in translation/localization or linguistic project management,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel,
  • Self-motivated and organized individual,
  • Strong focus on quality, detail, and accuracy,
  • Team player with a positive mindset,
  • Adaptability to changing team priorities and varying workloads,
  • Problem-solving skills,
Location: Warsaw Hybrid
