Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly technical professional to join the Enterprise Architecture & Technology Enablement team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The Solution Architect – Quality Platforms will be responsible for implementing Test Automation Strategy including roadmap, tools, and approach through best Quality practices This role will drive designing of proposed automation solutions across SAP ERP and other Legacy systems of BUNGE. This role will partner closely with Enterprise Architects, Innovation, and Integrations teams, while acting as primary advisor for Automation Architecture and Frameworks.

Essential Functions:

• Design and develop innovative, scalable, efficient and secure solutions such as Quality Automation architecture and platforms for automation with API and messaging based test frameworks with Global scale readiness.
• On a global scale across Bunge, within a highly complex projects and ever changing environment, lead the design, development and advancement
• Applies highly technical expertise to provide recommendations and roadmaps which solve complex problems without clear precedent
• Prepare solution design documents and develops platforms for automating scripting-based processes, lead the execution of automated tests and their automated programs/scripts integration with the test management tool and CI/CD tools.
• Develop and implement the overall technical roadmap of test automation solutions in collaboration with development and QA team, lead implementation of test strategy, test plans and oversee overall quality and accurate implementation of deliverables
• Extensive hands-on experience in public cloud platforms such as AWS, or Google Cloud,
• Able to perform analyses to solve complex problems and motivate peers to produce creative products and services.
• Create strategies and plans to adopt and maintain the automation scripts and Test data.
• Automate test cases to reduce manual effort, improve test coverage and considerably reduce testing timelines
• Lead and execute the development and execution of automated test scripts across a variety of applications, work with development team to identify and fix defects early in the development process and reduce time to market]
• Design, debug, and monitor performance of solutions
• Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions
• Regularly communicating new features and benefits to partners, internal customers, and other stakeholders
• Providing technical leadership to Agile Squads and/or DevOps development teams, ranging in size from 6-8 team members, throughout the project lifecycle
• Developing proof-of-concept projects to validate your proposed solutions
• Bring a new & alternative perspective when reviewing and validating solutions designs from other team members
• As a Solution Architecture expert, demonstrate thought leadership & influence beyond the scope or your own team and throughout Bunge
• Accountable for developing & monitoring the solution's budget
• Advise and support strategy and business technology leaders to understand, apply, monetize, and operationalize existing, new, and emerging technologies to transform automation requirements into scalable and resilient solutions.
• Significant responsibility to ensure compliance with industry standards, as well as continually implementing cutting edge approaches to stay leading within the industry
• On a global scale, responsible to architect, design, develop, execute and maintain systems
• Stakeholders include both technical and non-technical stakeholders; the solution architect must make sure that each party's needs are considered and factored into the project's scope.
• Close coordination with other technical professionals such as integration engineers, cloud engineers, security engineers, data engineers, and compliance officials to ensure that all patterns adhere to Bunge's Enterprise Architecture & Quality principles.
• Stakeholders may include Business Technology Leadership and Leaders within assigned functions or business units
• Work closely with development teams and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education & experience required, computer science degree preferred.
• 11+ year of experience in designing & developing large scale, global solutions leveraging methodologies as Quality Engineering, Automation Tools and framework such as Selenium, Junit, Cucumber, Postman, Selenium, TOSCA or similar
• 6+ years of experience in tools Selenium, Junit, Cucumber, Postman, Selenium, TOSCA or similar
• 6+ years of experience as QA Automation Architecture roles for end-to-end automation design experience
• Extensive architecting test automation suite experience with standard creation, procedure enforcement, and execution monitoring.
• Extensive automation experience with Test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Junit, Cucumber, Postman, Selenium, TOSCA or similar
• Strong understanding on API Testing, TestNG with Rest Assured/Web Services and SQL dB development experience.
• Manages operational plans, large projects and/or processes with limited oversight from manager.
• Leads and/or participates with comparable influence in large projects/initiatives
• Recognized internally & externally as an expert, providing leadership to professionals and support staff.
• Contributes to short to midterm (1-3 years) plans to execute on strategies in job area.
• Serve as an independent & experienced thought leader capable of guiding teams on complex technical issues.
• Demonstrated experience creating analysis' of alternatives and presenting to stakeholders for buy-in and consensus.
• English Fluency enough to discuss and engage in robust dialogue in technical forums without support is required.
• Second language of Spanish and/or Portuguese are considered a plus
