Job Description

Solution Architect - Presales are experts in new sales and customer development, playing a vital role in creating business opportunities by presenting our product from a solution-oriented perspective, demonstrating how it meets the customers' functional needs, requirements, and delivers expected value from their investment.

  • Participate in internal product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Provide responses to queries in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP).
  • Develop expertise in specific IFS products and services.
  • Create and deliver customized demonstrations tailored to customers' key business initiatives.
  • Embrace a culture of excellence and dedication to every customer interaction. Support both external and internal customer-facing events.
  • Ensure successful Proof of Concepts (POC) align with customers' success criteria and business objectives.
  • Dedicated to continuous learning and regular product training.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs.
  • Utilize knowledge of major customer requirements to offer valuable product/solution improvement feedback.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in presales activities or ERP systems implementation, with a focus on supply chain management or manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to present proposed solutions effectively to customers.
  • Committed to overseeing the achievement of established business objectives throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring Client satisfaction.
  • Adept at working under time constraints, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English at a conversational level (language skills will be assessed during recruitment meetings).
