If you are passionate about creating new sales opportunities and developing strong customer relationships, then this role is perfect for you. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial part in demonstrating how our products meet the functional needs of our customers and deliver the value they seek from their investment.
- Participate in internal product presentations and demonstrations
- Respond to inquiries in Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Develop expertise in specific IFS products and services
- Create customized demonstrations that align with customers' key business objectives
- Ensure excellence and dedication in every customer interaction
- Assist in external and internal customer events
- Deliver successful Proof of Concepts (POC) based on customers' success criteria
- Stay committed to continuous self-improvement and product training
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs
- Utilize knowledge of customers' requirements to offer valuable product enhancement suggestions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in presales or ERP system implementation, focusing on supply chain management or manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to present solutions effectively to customers
- Drive to achieve business goals and maintain client satisfaction
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Polish and English, both spoken and written (language skills will be assessed during the recruitment process)
