Szukamy osób, które są zmotywowane do rozwoju umiejętności w kierunku prowadzenia wdrożeń IT. Zapewniamy kompleksowe wprowadzenie z zakresu produktów biznesowych firmy Microsoft takich jak Dynamics 365 i SharePoint.

Junior Product Owner/Business Consultant

Lokalizacja: Poznań

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Bieżąca komunikacja z klientem (w tym anglojęzycznym)
  • Koordynacja projektów dla klientów biznesowych
  • Analiza biznesowa oraz rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych
  • Przekładanie wymagań klienta na język techniczny oraz przygotowywanie USów dla zespołu deweloperskiego
  • Testowanie i prezentowanie wdrażanych rozwiązań klientowi

Wymagania:

  • Język angielski w mowie i piśmie na poziomie min. B2
  • Język polski w mowie i piśmie na poziomie min. B2
  • Komunikatywność, umiejętność łatwego formułowania myśli w formie pisemnej i ustnej
  • Zdolności analityczne
  • Znajomość podstawowych zasad programowania
  • Podstawowa znajomość SQL
  • Podstawowa wiedza z zakresu baz danych
  • Znajomość Scrum bądź innych metodyk zwinnych

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w pracy w IT
  • Znajomość systemów CRM (MS Dynamics 365)
  • Znajomość notacji typu UML, BPMN
  • Znajomość platformy Jira, Azure DevOps
