Responsibilities:
- Efficiently execute daily customer orders in SAP & e-commerce portal, ensuring order management and fulfillment.
- Coordinate the end-to-end order delivery process in SAP, including master data management, pricing, and handling incidents.
- Manage delivery operations and maintain regular communication with mother plants & warehouses situated in Europe.
- Handle claims management effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
- Oversee invoicing and manage credit/debit notes accurately.
- Provide timely responses to customer queries and ad-hoc requests related to order management, assisting in problem resolution and incident handling.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Italian (B2), Spanish (B2), English, and Polish languages.
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Planning/Stock Replenishment, or similar fields.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
