MOC naszej pracy:

Odpowiedzialność za realizację planu przychodowego na produktach i usługach oferowanych przez Departament Usług Skarbu. Aktywna współpraca z jednostkami Banku w celu skalowania działań związanych z pozyskiwaniem oraz aktywowaniem firm z segmentu MidCorps na instrumentach oferowanych przez Departamentu Usług Skarbu. Analiza sytuacji finansowej firm oraz proponowanie adekwatnych instrumentów wspierających zarządzanie ryzykiem walutowym, stóp procentowych oraz nadwyżkami w firmach. Przygotowanie dokumentacji transakcyjnej oraz udział w procesie negocjacji zapisów prawnych. Inicjowanie nowych oraz uczestniczenie w istniejących projektach.

Nasze oczekiwania:

Posiadasz minimum - letnie doświadczenia w negocjacjach lub/i sprzedaży w banku, instytucji finansowej, firmie doradczej (doświadczenie w pozyskiwaniu firm będzie dodatkowym atutem). Masz wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane ekonomiczne). Posiadasz wiedzę z zakresu działania rynków finansowych w tym instrumentów rynku stopy procentowej, rynku walutowego lub equity. Bardzo dobrze znasz język angielski. Jesteś przedsiębiorczy/a, samodzielny/a w działaniu i podejmowaniu decyzji. Posiadasz bardzo dobre umiejętności negocjacyjne i interpersonalne oraz doświadczenie w komunikacji z firmami, pracownikami i kierownictwem wyższych szczebli. Potrafisz efektywnie budować a następnie utrzymywać relacje. Posiadasz umiejętności współpracy w zespole oraz działania pod presją czasu. Lubisz się uczyć, przystosowujesz się do zmian regulacyjnych i technologicznych. Gotowość do podróży służbowych (biznesowych i rozwojowych).
