PANDORA Global Business Services Organization (GBS) is part of the structures of the world's largest jewelry manufacturing and sales company, whose products help millions of people around the world express their feelings every day.

Our GBS team performs a wide range of financial processes beyond standard transaction processing. We strive to streamline all of our financial processes and continually enhance the support and services we provide to customers and business partners. We work closely with PANDORA's local management, business controllers, customer service departments throughout Europe and the Middle East, and with our colleagues in the global office in Copenhagen. Here in Warsaw, we are responsible for about 90% of all the company's financial and accounting transactions worldwide.

Your responsibilities will cover following areas:

  • Performing electronic and manual bank payments
  • Processing payroll and tax payments
  • Booking bank statements on a daily basis
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Handling foreign exchange rates processes
  • Performing month-end close activities
  • Preparing and submit documentation for internal controls (maintaining deadlines and good quality)
  • Assistance with the cash flow forecasting for the local markets, and making sure cash centralization is in place
  • Being in contact with the local banks in case of any issues
  • Handling internal customer inquiries and inquiries from outsourcing partners or authorities
  • Delivery of services timely and in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures
  • Updating work instructions
  • Preparing documentation for external audit
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement regarding quality and productivity,
  • Archiving bank related documents

You're the perfect match, if you have:

  • Min. 1 year of experience in similar position in GBS / SSC (end-to end AP process and/or full-scope payments processing) or banking industry
  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is nice to have, however not required in case of relevant experience
  • Fluent English written and spoken, communicative Polish
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly MS Excel
  • Very good time management and organizational skills
  • High sense of responsibility, ownership, prioritizing and sense of urgency
  • Team spirit and can-do attitude
  • Participation in the implementation or/and Knowledge of SAP S4Hana would be a valuable asset of successful candidate
