Opis stanowiska

  • Kompleksowe doradztwo podatkowe na rzecz klientów w obszarze tax M&A,
  • Przeprowadzanie analizy dokumentacji podatkowej w kontekście transakcji M&A,
  • Identyfikacja ryzyk podatkowych oraz możliwości optymalizacji podatkowej,
  • Sporządzanie opinii prawno - podatkowych, analiz podatkowych oraz wyjaśnień dokumentacji transakcyjnej związanej z fuzjami i przejęciami,
  • Monitorowanie zmian w przepisach podatkowych oraz praktyce rynkowej w obszarze M&A,
  • Współpraca z innymi działami kancelarii.

Profil kandydata

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia z zakresu podatkowych fuzji i przejęć,
  • Wykształcenie wyższe prawnicze,
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z podatkiem CIT,
  • Znajomość podstaw prawa spółek lub prawa cywilnego,
  • Doświadczenie w WHT oraz raportowaniu MDR mile widziane,
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie,
  • Skrupulatność w wykonywaniu obowiązków i dbałość o jakość pracy.
