  • Dział Business & Technology Solutions (BTS) jest zespołem analityków biznesowych, architektów IT oraz menadżerów projektów, którzy tworzą i pomagają wcielać w życie wizje i plany transformacji cyfrowych naszych klientów. Tworzymy pomost między ich celami biznesowymi a światem i rozwiązaniami IT, które te cele wspierają.
  • Staramy się zrozumieć biznes klienta i jego wyzwania oraz środowisko IT, które zbudował dla wsparcia swojego biznesu.
  • Następnie proponujemy, projektujemy, planujemy i pomagamy we wdrożeniu nowych rozwiązań technologicznych bądź zmian w aktualnym środowisku IT, które pozwalają ten biznes usprawnić bądź przetransformować. Często definiujemy przy tym wymagania dla nowych projektów IT, które są później realizowane przez inne jednostki Capgemini lub zewnętrzych partnerów.
  • Do działu BTS Auto szukamy osób, które swoimi umiejętnościami i doświadczeniem będą wspierać naszych klientów z branży motoryzacyjnej (Automotive) – m. in. w zakresie transformacji cyfrowej, digitalizacji, Customer First, Industry 4. 0.
  • Oferujemy interesujące projekty międzynarodowe dla czołowych klientów z branży motoryzacyjnej.
  • Prowadzenie projektów doradczych i wdrożeniowych dla klientów z branży produkcyjnej.
  • Organizowanie i moderowanie spotkań i warsztatów z przedstawicielami klienta, na których poznawać będziesz jego biznes, wyzwania i potrzeby oraz gromadzić i strukturyzować wymagania z nich wynikające.
  • Analiza, modelowanie i identyfikowanie usprawnień procesów biznesowych oraz środowisk i systemów IT w celu zaproponowania i zaprojektowania zmian i optymalizacji.
  • Współpraca z klientem, ekspertami technologicznymi i zespołami deweloperskimi w celu zaprojektowania nowych rozwiązań technologicznych bądź zmian w istniejących systemach i środowiskach IT.
  • Definiowanie wymagań i tworzenie specyfikacji dla nowych systemów IT bądź zmian i transformacji istniejących środowisk IT.
  • Prezentowanie i dyskutowanie z różnorodną grupą interesariuszy proponowanych przez siebie rozwiązań i przekonywanie ich do nich.
  • Identyfikowanie szans na poszerzenie współpracy i na nowe projekty oraz udział w tworzeniu ofert dla naszych klientów.
  • Wspieranie i mentorowanie mniej doświadczonych konsultantów oraz prowadzenie zespołów konsultanckich.
  • posiadasz min. 2-letnie doświadczenie związane z produkcją (w szególności produkcją w branży maszynowej, farmaceutycznej bądź automotive);
  • miałeś styczność ze światem IT, rozumiesz proces wytwarzania oprogramowania, podstawowe pojęcia z dziedziny architektury IT, brałeś udział we wdrożeniach systemów IT w przedsiębiorstwach;
  • znasz aktualne trendy rynkowe i pojęcia związane z Digital Manufacturing, Industrial IoT, Industry 4. 0, Shopfloor integration, Edge Computing i potrafisz ocenić ich wpływ na biznes i branżę;
  • masz doświadczenie z systemami wsparcia produkcji i/lub logistyki z klasy ERP, MES, SCADA, itp. ;
  • jeśłi masz doświadczenie z relacyjnymi bazami danych i SQL, będzie to dodatkowym atutem;
  • dobrze czujesz się w relacjach z ludźmi, jesteś osobą komunikatywną i znajdującą statysfakcję w pomaganiu partnerom biznesowym oraz w zdobywaniu ich uwagi dla swoich pomysłów i usług;
  • znasz bardzo dobrze język niemiecki oraz angielski;
  • myślisz analitycznie, potrafisz w ustrukturyzowany sposób analizować złożone procesy/sytuacje/problemy i proponować rozwiązania koncentrując się przy tym na celach biznesowych swoich działań.
