Dla naszego klienta, międzynarodowej firmy specjalizującej się w tworzeniu aplikacji mobilnych oraz transformacji rynku e-commerce, poszukujemy Kandydata/-tki na stanowisko - Operations Manager


Obowiązki:


  • Odpowiedzialność za wyniki oraz realizację planu rozwoju działalności w Krakowie.
  • Zarządzanie magazynami: wdrażanie i optymalizacja procesów operacyjnych oraz zapewnienie sprawnej obsługi zamówień.
  • Zarządzanie pracą kurierów: rekrutacja, przewidywanie zapotrzebowania, dostosowywanie systemu wynagrodzeń oraz monitoring jakości pracy.
  • Planowanie i koordynowanie otwierania nowych lokalizacji magazynowych: rekrutacja zespołów i organizacja infrastruktury.
  • Opracowywanie planów zatrudnienia, zapewniając odpowiednią liczbę współpracowników oraz nadzór nad efektywnością zespołu.
  • Rozwiązywanie problemów operacyjnych i reklamacji klientów, wdrażanie działań naprawczych.
  • Współpraca z działami marketingu, asortymentu, technologii, HR i finansów w celu synchronizacji działań operacyjnych z celami komercyjnymi firmy.
  • Monitorowanie kluczowych wskaźników wydajności (KPI) i podejmowanie działań mających na celu poprawę efektywności operacji.
  • Komunikowanie wyników do zespołu zarządzającego.

Oczekiwania:


  • Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Umiejętność identyfikowania i eliminowania nieefektywności w procesach operacyjnych.
  • Wysokie umiejętności analityczne – analiza i interpretacja danych oraz identyfikacja kluczowych trendów.
  • Doskonała współpraca z zespołem i komunikacja z różnymi działami firmy.
  • Empatia i łatwość nawiązywania relacji interpersonalnych.
  • Samodzielność w organizowaniu pracy własnej oraz zespołowej, odpowiedzialność i proaktywność.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2.
  • Gotowość do podróży służbowych do siedziby w Warszawie.
