Do naszego zespołu Produktu szukamy aktualnie kandydatów na rolę Product Designera.
Zadania na tym stanowisku obejmują:
- Projektowanie interfejsów użytkownika, tworzenie interakcji, prototypowanie nowych funkcjonalności dla stron web i aplikacji (Figma)
- Aktywne uczestnictwo w całym procesie projektowym, począwszy od etapu badań, aż po finalne wdrożenie
- Proponowanie kierunków rozwoju produktu i nowych funkcjonalności, opierając się na danych analitycznych oraz feedbacku od użytkowników
- Uczestnictwo w warsztatach produktowych
- Bliska współpraca z zespołem (Designerzy, Programiści, Product Ownerzy, Analitycy)
- Opracowywanie i projektowanie testów A/B
- Rozwój i utrzymanie design systemu
- Prezentacja i obrona przedstawianych rekomendacji rozwiązań projektowych wśród interesariuszy
Nasze wymagania względem kandydatów:
- Doświadczenie jako Product Designer lub UX/UI designer (min. 3 lata) - najlepiej w firmie rozwijającej swój Produkt
- Umiejętności w zakresie projektowania graficznego (Adobe Cloud)
- Umiejętność projektowania wireframe'ów, interfejsów użytkownika i prototypowania (używamy Figmy)
- Bardzo duża dbałość o detale
- Portfolio z aktualnymi projektami lub wdrożone, produkcyjne projekty
- Umiejętności analityczne i organizacyjne
- Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i wysoka asertywność
- Doświadczenie w przeprowadzaniu testów użyteczności i wywiadów z użytkownikami (nice to have)
- Doświadczenie w tworzeniu i utrzymywaniu Design Systemów (nice to have)
