What’s the position?We are seeking a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional sports betting and casino gaming experiences. The ideal consultant will bring a strong background in quality assurance, deep technical expertise, and a proactive approach to ensuring the highest standards of product performance and functionality. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, complex environment while mentoring junior team members and leading quality initiatives. As a Senior QA Manual Engineer, your responsibilities will include:Participating in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure product qualityReviewing and analysing product and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test strategiesCollaborating with QA and development teams to create detailed test plans and test casesExecuting test cases and analysing results to identify and document issueReporting and managing bugs, and assisting in troubleshooting issuesMonitoring health check metrics to ensure product stabilityWorking closely with Product and Development teams to drive continuous improvementContributing to QA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of QA processesLearn our application(s) inside and out and become subject matter expertMentor and guide junior QA team members in best practices, tools, and troubleshooting methods.Take ownership of testing strategy and execution for complex features or modulesAct as the primary QA point of contact in cross-functional discussions and planning sessions.Lead efforts in improving QA processes and implementing tools or frameworks that enhance efficiencyRequirementsJob Requirements:We are seeking a highly organized individual with a proactive mindset and a passion for tackling challenges with innovative ideas and solutions. Key skills required for this position:4+ years of professional experience in QA testing for web and mobile applicationsAdvanced expertise in identifying and resolving complex issues in web and mobile applications, including performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and UI/UX inconsistenciesMastery in using QA tools (e.g., Proxyman, Charles, DevTools, Postman) and emulators for efficient troubleshooting and debuggingMid level knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write and execute queries to validate data and support troubleshooting effortsExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detailThorough understanding of test management software and the QA role throughout the SDLCOutstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and feedbackStrong decision-making abilities, especially under tight deadlines or when prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to cross-functional engagementTeam-oriented mindset, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholdersProven time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, complex settingA genuine enthusiasm for sports betting and casino gaming, with a passion for understanding the industryExperience with test automation development (backend or frontend) in Python is a plus
