Dla naszego Klienta-stabilnie ugruntowanego inwestora - poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Expansion Specjalist/Manager. Wybrana osoba będzie odpowiedzialna za pozyskiwanie oraz rozbudowywanie obecnego portfela inwestora.

Twój zakres obowiązków
  • Analiza rynku nieruchomości pod kątem identyfikacji atrakcyjnych lokalizacji na potrzeby budowy parków handlowych, uwzględniając nasycenie powierzchnią handlową w danym regionio (województwa: lubelskie, podkarparcie, świętokszyskie, mazowieckie, małopolskie)
  • Aktywne wyszukiwanie i pozyskiwanie nieruchomości komercyjnych zgodnych ze strategią rozwoju firmy
  • Prowadzenie negocjacji dotyczących zakupu i zabezpieczenia nieruchomości z deweloperami, właścicielami gruntów oraz agentami nieruchomości
  • Nawiązywanie i utrzymywanie relacji z kluczowymi partnerami biznesowymi, w tym deweloperami, agencjami nieruchomości i właścicielami gruntów.
  • Koordynowanie całego procesu pozyskania nieruchomości - od analizy lokalizacji po finalizację transakcji
  • Współpraca z innymi działami firmy (m.in. technicznym, prawnym, finansowym) w celu sprawnej realizacji inwestycji
Wymagania pracodawcy
  • Kilkuletnie doświadczenie w branży nieruchomości, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem procesu pozyskiwania nieruchomości komercyjnych
  • Doświadczenie w firmach realizujących parki handlowe lub sieciach handlowych zajmujących się inwestycjami w obiektach wielkopowierzchniowych
  • Wysoka samodzielność, dobra organizacja pracy i odpowiedzialność
  • Gotowość do podróży służbowych na terenie regionu
  • Praca mobilna/hybrydowa
