Thrive as a Business - System Analyst and join the team in one of the biggest Polish banksWarsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).As a Business - system Analyst you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, on innovative digital solutions designed to enhance customer experiences and modernize internal systems. You will support key banking projects by bridging business needs and technical implementation, contributing to system improvements and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role involves close cooperation with business units and IT teams, focusing on process optimization, requirements gathering, and end-to-end project coordination in a dynamic, agile environment.Your main responsibilities:Gathering business and system requirements for ongoing projects (for various clients within the bank)Conducting workshops and analyzing business processesDesigning and consulting on solutions to be implemented in banking systems (including wireframing/prototyping in Figma)Preparing project documentationClose cooperation with business units and IT development teamsPreparing and documenting user stories (in close collaboration with business stakeholders, PMs, POs, etc.), including specifying software changesOngoing support for system users, coordinating tests and deploymentsCollaboratively creating and improving standards in our area (topic-specific guilds)You're ideal for this role if you have:Several years of professional experience as a business-system analystPractical experience in preparing and defining changes in IT systemsKnowledge of tools and techniques that support requirement gatheringWillingness to continuously develop skills and gain knowledge in the tech fieldUnderstanding of application design according to UX/UI best practicesFamiliarity with best practices in software design, implementation, and SDLC-related topicsCommitment to teamwork and shared goal achievementClose collaboration with the business side and leading workshopsHighly developed communication skills (with both business stakeholders and development teams)It’s a big plus if you have:Hands on experience with Ferryt platform Understanding of BPM-class system architectureExperience in business and IT projects within the banking/financial sectorExperience using Atlassian tools to support analysis (Confluence, Jira)Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST, MQ, KafkaPractical experience using SQLExperience configuring BPM-class systemsFamiliarity with agile project management methodologiesWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
