Senior Business Analyst

Location: Warsaw with a 100% remote work


As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. The project focuses on creating a solution that enables the launch of functional modules from various banking systems, covering token handling, customer authorization, representative selection, and integration with multiple infrastructure components. Your role will combine preparing business and system requirements, conducting technical analysis, and collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure consistency and quality of the solution.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Creating business and system analyses for new functionalities

  • Defining business requirements and translating them into technical requirements

  • Developing solution concepts and business architecture

  • Mapping system requirements to platform functionality

  • Collaborating with development teams, architects, and testers

  • Verifying implementation compliance with requirements

  • Preparing analytical documentation and process models in BPMN and UML

  • Participating in integration and acceptance testing

  • Supporting the team in Agile delivery practices


You are a perfect fit if you:

  • Have proven experience as a business and system analyst in IT projects

  • Can create and conduct business and system analyses

  • Are familiar with system analysis methods and requirements modeling tools

  • Understand the software development lifecycle and implementation methodologies

  • Have practical knowledge of REST and RabbitMQ technologies

  • Are experienced in Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA

  • Are detail-oriented, well-organized, and independent in your work

  • Possess strong analytical skills and can collaborate with diverse stakeholders


It will be a strong advantage if you have:

  • Experience in application design and development

  • Knowledge of BPM technologies and DevOps practices

  • Experience working with PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases

  • Familiarity with UML and XML notation

  • Experience in integration and acceptance testing

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies

  • Experience in preparing reports and presentations

  • English language proficiency at B2 level
