As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work for our Client – a global enterprise with core competencies in the three main life sciences areas of crop science, pharmaceuticals, & consumer health. As a member of the team, you will contribute to ensuring an efficient and consistent integration architecture for the platforms used by our client. Join a culture that gives you the power to change


Your main responsibilities:

  • Translating business requirements into Veeva application requirements

  • Leading analysis projects

  • Facilitating the discussion of requirements among stakeholders

  • Documenting outputs to provide data-driven recommendations

  • Assessing processes based on data analytics and testing

  • Determining the present and possible future business processes,

  • Detailing corrections, possible improvements and impact

  • Developing training/guidance literature and materials including process maps

  • Assuring high quality of requirements and support in backlog prioritization



You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (or equivalent)

  • Experience working with Regulatory frameworks (Veeva knowledge is a plus)

  • Experience in Visio process map generation and business process modelling

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and agile project delivery skills

  • Knowledge of Change Management processes in regulatory / GxP systems

  • Experience in the Pharma industry

  • Fluent English
