You will join a team dedicated to driving operational excellence through the implementation of innovative technology solutions and process improvements. The role focuses on supporting Operations teams with system changes, onboarding new clients, and aligning business requirements with technology deliverables. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment where transformation and innovation are key priorities.Your main responsibilities:Prepare and analyse proposed system changes to ensure alignment between business requirements and technology deliverablesPerform process analysis and design solutions that meet client and operational needsDeliver detailed business requirements and support test planning and executionCollaborate closely with business, product, and technology teams to ensure successful project implementationFacilitate onboarding of new clients into Operations functionsSupport operational teams with the implementation of new tools and process improvementsConduct root cause analysis to resolve recurring operational issuesTake proactive steps to identify and mitigate project risksChallenge existing processes and propose innovative, efficient solutionsEnsure all implemented solutions align with the company’s strategic goalsYou're ideal for this role if you have:Minimum 7 years of experience within Financial ServicesStrong understanding of Financial Operations processesMinimum 5 years of experience in Transfer Agency, Accounting, Mid-Office Operations or as a Business AnalystExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to analyse complex data and document business requirementsStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyDemonstrated proactivity and problem-solving mindsetAbility to perform effectively under time pressureVery good command of English, both written and spokenWorking knowledge of MS Visio, PowerBI or SQLWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
