We are looking for a dedicated Manual Test Lead to join our team and take ownership of manual testing activities within our SIT, regression, and functional testing processes. If you have strong expertise in manual testing, leadership skills, and a passion for driving automation adoption, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Your Responsibilities:

Lead manual testing activities for SIT, regression, and functional testing

Assess current manual test cases for automation feasibility

Define governance for manual testing and reporting

Ensure proper documentation of test scenarios, cases, and results

Collaborate with Automation Engineer to transition test cases to automation over time

Manage defect tracking, triaging, and resolution follow-ups

Mentor QA team members on test practices and standards


We are looking for someone with:

✅8+ years of experience in a similar role

✅Strong expertise in manual testing processes, methodologies, and tools (Jira, ALM, Zephyr, etc.)

✅Experience in test planning, execution, and reporting

✅Exposure to automation concepts and willingness to drive automation adoption

✅Experience with SIT and regression testing across multi-system environments

✅Strong analytical and documentation skills

✅Leadership skills with future-focused mindset toward automation
