We focus on collaboration, engagement, and achieving ambitious goals.We are currently looking for a Manual QA Engineer ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.What you will be doing?Design, creation and execution of test casesCreation and sharing clear and concise defect reportsAnalysis of test results and provision of test strategy improvements Close cooperation with developers and business stakeholders in product designActive engagement in growth of QA best practices and toolsDriving Quality-first mindset within the team and contributing to quality culture within the organisationSkills you should haveAt least 3 years of proven track record of experience in quality assurance roles, hands-on experience in software testing and quality control. Experience in different phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) is also valuableExperience with manual API testing and mobile testingFamiliarity with REST architecture, Microservices and Testing principlesExperience with Postman or similar tool e.g SwaggerExperience in working in AGILE methodology alongside business analystsKnowledge of test management toolsKnowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and XRay test management tool will be a plus Self-organisation and adaptability skill setsCurious mindset High communication skillsAbility to efficiently communicate in both: Polish and English languagesWhat we offerYou will get an opportunity to work in an innovative, digital bank applying state of the art approaches and technologies.You will be provided an Individual Development Budget, dedicated to enhancing your professional skills.If your role permits, we also offer flexible work location.You and your closest family will be covered with VIP-level private medical care which includes dental treatment and a hospitalisation package.
