  • Consulting on AP/AR process outsourcing
  • Leading and supporting AP/AR process transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Evaluating clients' current AP/AR processes and providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize efficiency and accuracy
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for AP and AR project development
  • Proposing and implementing enhancements through organizational and technological solutions to drive positive changes in finance operations
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and tax laws
  • Leading and managing a team of AR and AP clerks and specialists
  • Setting performance goals, tracking progress, and providing feedback and coaching
  • Aligning delivered results with client expectations and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Engaging in client relationship-building and supporting sales-related initiatives
  • Supporting pre-sales activities by providing expertise in AP/AR processes, conducting presentations, and assisting in client consultations
Our requirements
  • Extensive experience in leading transitions in areas concerning accounting processes (mainly AP/AR)
  • 7-10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in AR and AP, particularly within large multinational organizations or SSC/BPO environments
  • Proven expertise in AR and AP process analysis and optimization
  • Familiarity with modern tools for process automation and optimization in accounting
  • Strong analytical skills for large data sets, financial report generation, and cash flow analysis, including evaluating ratios related to accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Experience in leading projects, such as the implementation of new systems or processes in AR/AP, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies
  • Interest or experience in sales and building client relationships
  • Business proficiency in English
