We believe in high autonomy, and we want people who are looking to do things differently in order to create better experiences for our customers.We work in cross-functional teams and are laser focused on increasing the number of active clients we serve to drive sustainable growth.Your role in the Team's SuccessAs an HR Operations Team Leader, you will lead a team of Global HR (Senior) Specialists located in our Poland office, responsible for the delivery of daily HR operations and cyclical HR projects for of 15 countries in scope across the globe. The key focus of the role is ensuring great experience and service delivery, with focus on improvements and simplificationWhat you'll doLead and DevelopLead your team with a focus on continuous improvement and career developmentEnsure high-quality HR Operations services delivery according to established SLAsDrive high performance standards and advocate for your team's needsEffectively manage workload and priorities through HR ticketing systemDeliver Core HR Operations for VIP requestsProcess HR transactions in Workday across the full employee lifecyclePrepare, sign and distribute accurate HR documentationMaintain compliant employee records in our digital archive systemProvide timely advice on HR processes and policies to HR colleaguesDrive Excellence and ComplianceLead and contribute to internal and external auditsFocus on process improvements, automation, and productivityEnsure data accuracy and integrity in all HR systemsMonitor and report on key operational metricsEnhance Employee ExperienceIdentify and implement service improvement opportunitiesOptimize HR Operations workflows for efficiencyDevelop recommendations based on HR trends and employee feedbackCreate clear documentation and knowledge resources for HR teamWhat you'll need for this roleExperience in managing HR teams - preferably in financial servicesExperience in HR Processes and understanding of employee life cycleStrong knowledge of Workday/SuccessFactors and HR ticketing systems - preferably ServiceNowUnderstanding of compliance requirements in regulated environmentsProven success in process and user experience improvementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, flexible and adaptableAbility to effectively assess and resolve complex issues and set prioritiesProactiveness in taking on challenges and natural interest in self-learning new thingsHow we workWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
