IF YOU ARE

• Holder of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

• Experienced in solution architecture, with a strong background in designing and deploying AI systems – particularly those involving autonomous or agent-based frameworks

• Familiar with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) with a solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and multi-agent system design

• Strong in problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects from concept through implementation, and the ability to build functional/non-functional requirements

• Experienced in complex migrations (switching technology stacks, programming languages, clouds)

• Holder of an advanced degree (PhD or equivalent) in a related discipline (will be a plus)

• Experienced with specialized agent-based frameworks or platforms (e.g., multi-agent reinforcement learning frameworks, autonomous agent systems) with a proven track record of integrating AI solutions into enterprise-level environments (will be a plus)

• Specialist in managing security, data governance, and compliance in AI-driven projects (will be a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Perform as an architect in an agentic professional services team helping enterprise customers to migrate existing codebases, technological stacks, and associated processes to using agents.

• Design and develop comprehensive architectural frameworks that underpin autonomous AI systems, including multi-agent ecosystems

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions that support both current needs and future growth

• Work closely with the Agentic Tools team, building new agentic solutions, as well as cross-functional teams — ranging from product management and engineering to data science and operations — to integrate advanced AI solutions into existing infrastructures

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, ensuring that best practices in AI and agent-based system development are consistently followed

• Evaluate and incorporate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to enhance the autonomous capabilities of existing systems

• Design prototypes and launch pilot projects to validate innovative concepts before scaling them to full deployment, but the overall vision must be projected to the full scale

• Overseeing the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of agentic AI systems across both cloud and on-premise environments is a key responsibility

• Ensure that all solutions adhere to the highest standards of performance, scalability, security, and compliance
