Opis stanowiska:

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Business Analyst z branży telekomunikacyjnej, który dołączy do zespołu projektowego wdrażającego rozwiązania Salesforce Communication Cloud. Twoim głównym zadaniem będzie przekładanie złożonych procesów biznesowych hurtowych na szczegółowe wymagania funkcjonalne i techniczne w obszarach Salesforce CPQ, Order Management (OM) oraz Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

Będziesz współpracować z zespołami biznesowymi, architektami i zespołami wdrożeniowymi, aby zapewnić skuteczną implementację produktów hurtowych, struktur klientów oraz procesów partnerskich.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Analiza i dokumentowanie wymagań biznesowych dla kanałów hurtowych, onboarding’u partnerów oraz zarządzania kontami Enterprise.

  • Projektowanie procesów Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Cash oraz Partner Management w środowisku Salesforce Communication Cloud.

  • Współpraca z Product Ownerami przy tworzeniu user stories oraz akceptacji funkcjonalności w CPQ i OM.

  • Udział w warsztatach definiujących hierarchie kont, procesy Partner Portal oraz modele wyceny hurtowej.

  • Tworzenie i aktualizacja dokumentacji: BRD, FSD, procesy AS-IS / TO-BE, mapy integracji, scenariusze testów UAT.

  • Współpraca z zespołami sprzedaży, operacji, IT i architektury systemowej w środowisku Agile/Scrum.

Wymagania:

✅ Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia jako Business Analyst w branży telekomunikacyjnej, w tym co najmniej 2 lata w obszarze produktów hurtowych lub enterprise.

✅ Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia z Salesforce Communication Cloud (Vlocity) – moduły: Industries CPQ, Order Management, Enterprise Product Catalog, Contract Management.

✅ Znajomość standardów TM Forum: eTOM, SID, Open APIs (TMF 620, 622, 640, 641, 666).

✅ Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu integracji systemów BSS/OSS (np. Kenan, M6, NetCracker, Amdocs).

✅ Doświadczenie w projektowaniu procesów partnerskich (resale, white-label, interconnect).

✅ Umiejętność tworzenia dokumentacji analitycznej (BRD, FSD), map procesów BPMN oraz user stories w Jira / Confluence.

✅ Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (praca w środowisku międzynarodowym).
