You will be:Requirements Gathering (Salesforce-focused): conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders; document business processes and user stories specifically related to Salesforce.Process Analysis & Optimization: identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose improvements using Salesforce capabilities.Solution Design: collaborate closely with Salesforce Admins and Developers to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.Testing & Validation: define and coordinate UAT; develop test cases and validate the implementation against the documented requirements.Training & Support: prepare end-user documentation, deliver training if needed, and support adoption and incident resolution related to Salesforce features. Your profile:minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects,proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT solutions,deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including its core clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and capabilities,strong understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum,ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear, actionable requirements,exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.ability to lead and influence without direct authority, building strong relationships with stakeholders and development teams.proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on long-term product success and business value,strong verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2).Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
