We're looking for an experienced Salesforce expert with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex implementations. Main responsibilities:Lead the requirements gathering process by collaborating with business stakeholders to define and document needs for the Salesforce implementation.Develop comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and process maps to guide the development and implementation teams.Analyze and optimize existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement through Salesforce solutions.Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate proposed solutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment across EMEA and ANZ.Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.Define acceptance criteria, support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist in end-user training sessions to ensure system adoption.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.Act as the primary escalation point for Salesforce-related issues and enhancements, supporting Commercial Excellence and cross-functional teams.Recruitment process:Screening on MS Teams (approx. 30 min)MS Teams meeting with PM (approx. 30 min)Technical Interview (approx. 30 min) Client meetingDecision
