Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team, Responsible for automating validation of Salesforce functionalities, integrations, and customizations across multiple orgs. Ensures end-to-end quality of releases through scalable automation frameworks, structured test execution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:


• 3–6 years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce automation testing.


• Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for automation feasibility.


• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom components, Apex logic).


• Build and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium, Provar, or equivalent Salesforce-compatible tools.


• Automate regression, functional, integration, and UI test suites for every release.


• Validate data integrity, field mappings, flows, triggers, and process automation using automated checks where applicable.


• Automate API testing for REST/SOAP services and integrations with external systems.


• Use Salesforce Inspector, Developer Console, Workbench, and SOQL/SOSL queries for data and test validation.


• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).


• Log defects, track resolution, and ensure closure in JIRA or similar tools.


• Support deployment validation across Dev → Test → Staging → Production using automated smoke and regression suites.


• Ensure test data setup, sandbox readiness, and environment alignment for automated runs.


• Collaborate with developers, admins, product owners, and release teams to optimize test coverage and reduce manual effort.


• Maintain documentation for automation scripts, frameworks, and execution guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:


• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, relationships, profiles, permission sets, flows, validation rules.


• Hands-on experience creating automation scripts using Selenium, Provar, or similar tools.


• Experience automating REST/SOAP API tests (Postman, REST-Assured, or equivalent).


• Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL for data validation.


• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail).


• Working knowledge of CI/CD and integrating automation workflows.


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to debug automation issues.

Preferred Qualifications:


• 3–7 years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce automation testing.


• Salesforce Admin certification is an advantage.


• Experience building end-to-end automation frameworks tailored for Salesforce.
