What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure the scalability and performance of Pega applications through effective architecture design
  • Create and implement complicated workflows, decision techniques and interactions with external systems
  • Identify, build and maintain common components
  • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  • Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams
  • Interact with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and QA team
  • Provide directions and guidance to team members on using the latest Pega studios and tools
  • Support in scoping and sizing Pega features


To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:

  • Have solid hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development
  • Extensive experience in the role of the Pega Certified Senior/Lead System Architect
  • Project experience implemented in Pega infinity
  • Hands-on Pega development experience in Constellation configuration (financial sector will be an asset)
  • Experience in architecture designing for large Pega solutions
  • Experience in integrating enterprise applications with the Pega solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
