SuccessFactors Platform Manager (K/M)Miejsce pracy: KrakówTechnologies we useExpectedSuccessFactorsSAPOperating systemWindowsYour responsibilitiesOversee and manage the operational activities of SuccessFactors platforms, ensuring high availability, integrity, and reliabilityCoordinate and manage SuccessFactors platform maintenance, updates, testing, and release managementEnsure system integrity, data quality, security, and compliance with corporate standards and best practicesCollaborate with IT Solution Architects, Product Managers, Integration Specialists, and SuccessFactors Implementation PartnersConduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot platform-related incidents; work with SAP Support on fixes and improvementsManage vendor relations and performance with SF partnersOversee SuccessFactors platform operations with internal stakeholders and partnersAdminister tools in Admin Center; use Execution Manager, Check Tool, Reporting Center for system checks and insightsMonitor, report, and optimize SuccessFactors performanceProvide Level 1–2 technical support and escalate to SAP when neededOur requirementsMaster’s or Bachelor’s degreeAt least 3+ years of experience with a complex cross system integration SAP landscape/environment supporting core business functions with focus on cloud solutions and SAP systems3+ / 5+ years in analyzing and translating business / functional requirementsExpertise in Cloud Technologies (esp.
