Zakres obowiązków:

  • Koordynowanie współpracy z zewnętrznymi dostawcami usług kadrowo-płacowych w celu zapewnienia prawidłowego naliczania wynagrodzeń.
  • Nadzorowanie raportów płacowych, weryfikowanie obliczeń i utrzymywanie dokładności danych.
  • Prowadzenie dokumentacji pracowniczej, w tym godzin pracy i urlopów.
  • Współpraca z zespołami odpowiedzialnymi za benefity i administrację HR.
  • Wdrażanie usprawnień procesów oraz udział w projektach globalnych.


Wymagania pracodawcy:

  • Minimum 2 lat doświadczenia w obszarze administracji HR i płac.
  • Dobrej znajomości przepisów prawa pracy, ubezpieczeń społecznych i podatków.
  • Biegłej znajomości języka angielskiego (min. B2)oraz programu MS Excel
  • Umiejętności pracy w zespole, otwartej komunikacji i doskonałej organizacji pracy.
  • Gotowości do pracy w dynamicznym i zmieniającym się środowisku.
