You will support key programmes and portfolios by analyzing project performance, maintaining governance standards, and ensuring accurate reporting to senior stakeholders. Join us to be part of innovative projects that redefine financial excellence and unlock new growth potentials.Your main responsibilities:Supporting portfolio and programme governance processesProducing and maintaining performance dashboards and analytical reportsGathering, analyzing, and interpreting project data for insights and trendsMaintaining project documentation, registers, and reports in PMO toolsAssisting with project planning, resource tracking, and milestone monitoringProviding guidance and basic support to project teams on PMO tools and methodologiesCoordinating meetings, reporting cycles, and governance submissionsCommunicating performance insights to senior stakeholdersEnsuring adherence to established PMO standards and frameworksContributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process simplificationYou're ideal for this role if you have:Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and project support within financial services or similar large organizationsStrong expertise in Clarity (Clarity PPM) and advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and Power QuerySolid understanding of Portfolio and Project Management frameworks such as Waterfall and AgileHands-on experience with project management tools like Clarity PPM or MS ProjectExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearlyProven stakeholder management experience at senior levelsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated mindset for continuous improvementAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a small teamFull professional proficiency in EnglishIt is a strong plus if you have:Experience working within large financial institutions or complex global organizationsFamiliarity with Power BI or other data visualization toolsKnowledge of change management practicesProject Management or PMO-related certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, P3O, PMP)Experience supporting transformation or regulatory programsWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
