Job purpose:

Drives effective and globally-consistent Job Descriptions Management processes/documents/reporting as well as provides efficient communication flow including relevant actionable data to drive company's growth.


Your challenges:

  • Create, update, and maintain accurate and detailed job descriptions for all positions within the organization,
  • Work closely with department heads, HR managers, and other key stakeholders to understand job requirements and provide proper Job Maps according to the business needs/organizational governance/structure,
  • Ensure job descriptions are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with related services, subprocesses, KPIs, legal and organizational standards,
  • Standardize job descriptions across the organization and manage the job description database,
  • Provide training and support to the Functional/Brand Leaders and HR representatives on the existing job descriptions process,
  • Lead projects related to job description updates and initiatives, ensuring timely completion,
  • Communicate changes effectively.


Your skills & experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience withing related area,
  • Fluent English proficiency,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
  • Diligence and attention to details,
  • Ability to plan and manage work,
  • Experience in working in an international environment.
