Наш Talent Manager/Recruiter відповідатиме за повний цикл рекрутингу, а також співпрацюватиме з партнерами та рекрутинговими агенціями, для оперативного залучення нових фахівців до команди.


Що потрібно щоб приєднатись до нас:
  • Досвід: Ви маєте 2 роки досвіду в рекрутингу.
  • Мова: Ваш рівень англійської — Intermediate+.
  • Навички комунікації: Відмінні навички ведення переговорів та побудови міцних стосунків як з Hiring managers, так і з кандидатами.
  • Проактивність та орієнтація на результат: Ви завжди націлені на досягнення найкращих результатів.
  • Організованість: Ви вмієте розставляти пріоритети та маєте оунерський підхід до вирішення задач.


Буде плюсом:
  • Досвід: Попередній досвід роботи з партнерами та/або в продажах.
  • Сфера IT: Досвід роботи в IT outstaffing або recruitment agencies.
  • Мови: Володіння польською мовою.


Основні задачі:
  • Full-cycle рекрутинг від початку до кінця.
  • Проведення intake-зустрічей з Hiring Manager для розуміння бізнес-потреб.
  • Розробка стратегії пошуку та створення якісних текстів вакансій і повідомлень для кандидатів.
  • Активний та пасивний пошук кандидатів через різні канали: LinkedIn, джобборди, соцмережі, нетворкінг.
  • Постійна взаємодія з партнерами (IT компанії, бізнес асоціації та інше) для закриття вакансій через внутрішню мережу.
  • Співпраця з рекрутинговими агенціями та аутсорс рекрутерами у разі потреби.
  • Проведення співбесід та надання якісного зворотного зв’язку кандидатам і Hiring Managers.
  • Створення та підписання Job Offers.
  • Pre-onboarding нових працівників.
  • Ведення бази кандидатів та робота з аналітикою в People Force.
  • Ведення бюджету рекрутингу.

And we are looking for a colleague for the role of Talent Manager/Recruiter to join our team in Warsaw to find and attract the best specialists for our company and projects together :)


Our Talent Manager/Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, as well as cooperate with partners and recruiting agencies, to quickly attract new specialists to the team.


What you need to join us:
  • Experience: You have 2 years of experience in recruiting.
  • Languages: Your level of English is Intermediate+, Ukrainian - native or bilingual
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and building strong relationships with both Hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proactive and results-oriented: You always aim to achieve the best results.
  • Organization: You know how to set priorities and have an ownership approach to solving problems.


Your tasks:
  • Full-cycle recruiting.
  • Holding intake meetings with the Hiring Manager to understand business needs.
  • Creating a search strategy and high-quality texts of vacancies and messages for candidates.
  • Active and passive search for candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, networking.
  • Cooperation with partners (IT companies, business associations, etc.) to close vacancies through the internal network.
  • Cooperation with recruiting agencies and outsourced recruiters when necessary.
  • Conducting interviews and providing quality feedback to candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Creating and signing Job Offers.
  • Pre-onboarding of new employees.
  • Managing the candidate database and working with analytics in People Force.
  • Managing the recruiting budget.
