Trips: once a month to Sweden/Finland

We are looking for Development Manager - an energetic and driven person with expertise in the digital environment for Finance and IT. You will be responsible for ensuring that the digital environment for the Finance area of ​​responsibility meets Client’s needs. You lead the development and operation of Finance and HR platforms, and the associated processes and tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading the business and be responsible as a manager for the team members
  • Being responsible for selected key platforms in the role of System Owner
  • Acting as project manager in selected projects that affect the area of ​​responsibility.
  • Developing one's own area of ​​responsibility and one's own role in collaboration with the Finance sector and the surrounding teams both ashore and on the ships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Economic college education in accounting or financial economics, preferably in combination with IT technical education.
  • 5 years+ experience in the development and operation of financial platforms in a similar position.
  • Experience of acting as a manager.
  • Broad network within Finance IT.
  • Excellent English skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and Finnish.
